Darna: Episode 57

57. End of Darkness

Mahihirapan man sa simula ay makahahanap din si Narda ng pagkakataon upang magpalit ng anyo bilang Darna habang nagbubugbugan ang dalawang Brian. Palalayain naman ni Regina ang sarili sa tulong ng kanyang mga ahas. Lalabas ito at makikita ang away ng dalawa subalit mapapatingin lang siya at hindi tutulong. Si Darna pa rin ang tatapos ng laban at tutulong kay Brian upang ibalik sa salamin ang masamang kakambal. Ang lahat ng ito ay masasaksihan nila Pineda na kararating lamang upang tumulong. Isisigaw ni Regina na ang masamang Brian ang dumukot sa kanya. Dahil dito ay mapapawalang-sala si Brian at kakalat sa buong Nueva Esperanza kung ano ang totoong nangyari sa kanya. Ikatutuwa ito ng ilang mga tao kabilang na si Zaldy. Ikasasama naman ito ng loob nila Noah at ni Regina na masasaksihan ang pag-aalala ni Brian kay Narda. Susulsulan ito ng mga ahas niya laban kay Narda pag-uwi ngunit ayaw niyang ilaglag ang kaibigan. Ihahatid ni Brian si Narda sa kanila at hahalikan ito. #DarnaEndOfDarkness

Aww, kawawa naman si Regina. Kung kagabi ay nainis tayo sa katangahan niya, ngayon naman ay naaawa tayo dahil pinaasa lang talaga siya. Ano pa nga ba ang maaring magpalakas ng galit ng isang tao kundi ang nabigong pag-ibig. Malamang naman sa ngayon ay maari na nating asahan ang pagiging ganap na Valentina niya kahit na alam nating patatagalin pa nila lalo ito at hahanap pa ng paraan upang magalit ng tuluyan si Regina sa kaibigan. Ang kasunod niyan ay bukingan na dapat ng totoong pagkatao upang wala nang dahilan upang hindi sila mag-away ng tuluyan. Ang pinatataka ko pa rin ngayon ay si Ishna. Tuwang-tuwa siyang makuha ang Stosium dahil maibabalik na ang tiwala ni Borgo sa kanya. Ano ba kasing meron, Ishna? Pag-ibig din ba ito kaya ka tanga? Si Borgo ba ang nagpa-aral sa iyo? Tatay mo ba si Borgo hindi lang namin alam? Iyan ang isa sa mga kailangan pa nating tuklasin sa mga susunod na kabanata. #DarnaEndOfDarkness

57. End of Darkness

Though hard at first, Narda eventually finds the perfect timing to transform into Darna while the two Brians have a go at one another. Regina frees herself with the help of her snakes. She then heads out and witnesses the fight between the two but she only looks on and does not assist. It is still Darna herself who ends the fight by helping Brian shove his evil twin back into the mirror. All of this is witnessed by Pineda and his men who just arrive at the scene. Regina shouts to inform them that it was the evil Brian who kidnapped her. Thanks to this, Brian is relieved of all charges against him and the truth of his story spreads all over Nueva Esperanza. Some people are glad about the news, including Zaldy, while several are not so happy about it like Noah and Regina, the latter witnessing Brian’s feelings for Narda firsthand. Her snakes egg her on when she gets back home to throw her friend under the bus, but she is reluctant. Brian takes Narda home and kisses her. #DarnaEndOfDarkness

Aww, poor Regina. If yesterday we were annoyed with her idiocy, for today we pity her because truth be told, she really held onto hope for nothing. Well, what else could intensify a person’s rage other than unrequited love, right? Maybe we can now hope for sure that she will start embracing her being Valentina full-on even though we already know that the writers will be dragging this on for a while just to look for an excuse for Regina to fully loathe her friend. What follows next should be the revelation of true identities so that they will no longer have an excuse not to fight each other head-on. What we’re still wondering about until now is Ishna’s loyalty to Borgo. She is just so happy finally being able to steal the Stosium because she can now get Borgo’s trust back. Why, Ishna? What’s up? Is this love as well, the reason why you are acting like an idiot? Did Borgo sponsor your school education? Is Borgo your father and we just don’t know it yet? This is one of the mysteries that we are still searching answers for int he next episodes. #DarnaEndOfDarkness
